Each candidate can choose only one profile category. For example, you cannot be a Professional Teacher of English and a Paid Conversation Partner for Italian at the same time.
Professional Teachers have a specialized education. They may have or may not yet have significant experience in paid teaching. They provide students with high-quality learning materials, carefully structured lesson plans, and resources that help students achieve their goals.
To create a Professional Teacher profile, you need to submit documents verifying your qualifications and teaching experience. Requirements can be found here.
Paid Conversation Partners are friendly and open communicators who help students practice conversational skills by sharing their knowledge and experience. Their main role is to facilitate conversations and support the development of communication skills in the target language.
